The World Council agreed to summon Hero's for their country's and send them to defeat the enemy ruler.
Using the Mystic Shards summoning circles, Hero's didn't appear as expected.

How will the Evil Horde of Monsters Be Defeated to Restore Peace and Save Lives.
After 1000 years of Peace.. all races living equal with all life, magic, and each other, no monsters existed.
Once in a while Creatures start changing into demons variations.
They start attacking travelers and the major capitols of the races cities.
After years of defending themselves all the united world council agrees to summon Help with the Mystic Shards.
Hero's are Summoned from The Unknown and appear in random parts of the world with zero gear or memory of where they came from and where they are.
